The hacker group behind the Conti ransomware has stolen data on Graff’s clients, including politicians, businesspeople and celebrities. Daily Mail reports.
The hackers have already published around 69,000 documents on the dark web, including material concerning former US President Donald Trump, television host Oprah Winfrey and footballer David Beckham.
The hackers say the published information constitutes just 1% of the files stolen. Among the documents to which the attackers gained access are client lists and their data, invoices and receipts.
Experts note that Conti’s ransom demands are typically high—around 10% of the victim’s annual revenue. According to the latest reports, Graff’s revenue was £450 million in 2019.
Earlier in August, Nokia’s US subsidiary was affected by Conti ransomware.
