Crédit Agricole and Santander’s asset-servicing arm registered as a crypto custodian in France

CACEIS Bank, the asset-servicing arm of Crédit Agricole and Santander, registered by the French regulator as a crypto custodian.

The asset-servicing firm owned by the financial giants has obtained DASP status from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) to provide the services it has announced.

In the regulator’s list on its site, regional arms of well-known industry players such as Binance, Luno and Bitpanda are listed, as well as the Societe Generale subsidiary — Forge.
