Earlier, the AMF with the ACPR’s consent issued a license to the digital asset provider Binance, the Bitcoin exchange, after a review of AML/CTF-procedures.
“The European market is crucial to Crypto.com’s long-term growth and success,” said Crypto.com’s CEO Chris Marshalek.
In August 2022, the platform acquired the payment services provider PnLink and the digital asset provider OK-BIT with the corresponding licenses from South Korean regulators.
Earlier, Crypto.com received regulatory approvals to operate from regulators in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Singapore, Dubai, and the United Kingdom.
