Crypto-friendly Deel adds Solana and USDC support

Remote-work staffing company Deel has expanded its list of supported cryptocurrencies to Solana (SOL) and the USD Coin (USDC) stablecoin. The Block reports.

Earlier, a similar option was extended to Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP.

To set up withdrawals of digital assets, a Coinbase account is required. The exchange charges a 1.5% processing fee. 

Additional fees of 1% apply to USDC payouts and 1.5% — for Solana.

Deel helps firms like Coinbase comply with regulatory requirements by paying salaries to employees worldwide. In October, Deel raised $425 million at a $5.5 billion valuation.
