The total issuance of CUDIS is 1 billion, with 50 million allocated for distribution as reported.
The Los Angeles-based startup is developing a “smart ring” for health, which tracks user data such as steps, sleep, and heart rate. Additionally, users receive a personalized fitness program powered by artificial intelligence.
The company will reward CUDIS to those who wear the device and use the AI trainer.
The token promotes an experiment in decentralizing the health sector. CUDIS holders can participate in protocol governance and gain more control over their personal medical data.
The project is part of the emerging field of Decentralized Science (DeSci), which aims to transform the scientific process by making research and funding more accessible and reducing reliance on centralized institutions.
The company claims to have sold over 20,000 smart rings since its launch in May 2024. It has integrated World App, a tool for verifying human uniqueness online using biometric data from the Worldcoin project.
In September, the team raised $5 million in investments, led by Tim Draper’s Draper Associates.
In March, it was revealed that Apple plans to add an AI trainer to its Health app, capable of providing health improvement tips.
Back in June 2025, an AI-developed drug showed signs of effectiveness in treating a severe lung disease.
