Dapper Labs closed a $250 million funding round with participation from Google Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Version One Ventures and other investors.

Dapper Labs’ valuation reached $7.6 billion, writes Decrypt.
The funds will be used to scale and build new products in sports, entertainment and music industries.
Dapper Labs also announced a collaboration with La Liga. The company will release digital collectible cards in partnership with Barcelona, Real Madrid and other Spanish football clubs.

In March, Dapper Labs raised $305 million from Michael Jordan and other investors.
In September, the French NFT platform Sorare completed a Series B funding round worth $680 million.
