DeFi platform Marsbase to award $50,000 for OTC testing

Testing of the Marsbase decentralized platform for over-the-counter (OTC) trades began on October 26. Marsbase. The first 1,000 participants will share a prize fund of $50,000 in mBase tokens.

Marsbase is a platform for over-the-counter trading of crypto assets on the Ethereum blockchain. Its users can buy and sell large volumes of ERC20 tokens, as well as close large orders in partial trades. As of publication, the platform operates on the Rinkeby testnet.

“The testnet is an excellent way to demonstrate to the crypto community the capabilities of Marsbase, which we will launch on the Ethereum mainnet in the near future,” commented the CEO and founder of the project Igor Kolokol’tsev.

The Marsbase testing will proceed in two stages:

• Rinkeby — from October 28 to December 1. Participants need to transfer test Ether (ETH) to their Metamask wallet and complete Marsbase tasks. Rules of conduct — in the platform blog;
• Maze — from November 12 to December 1. Users will test the new platform design using the Maze.co service. Marsbase will announce stage details on Telegram on November 11.

The prize pool will be distributed proportionally among testing participants. Marsbase will allocate it as follows:

• 50% — for full completion of the Rinkeby stage;
• 30% — for full completion of the Maze stage;
• 15% — for answers to the on-site pop-up questions on the Marsbase site;
• 5% — for completing the Marsbase survey.

After the mainnet launch, Marsbase’s trading fee will be 1% of the trade volume, but users will be able to trade on the platform for free for 30 days. To do this, enter the promo code FORKLOG30 in the special Telegram-bot of Marsbase.
