
DOGS Team Warns of Fake Meme Coin Listing on Exchanges
As the listing of the DOGS meme coin approaches, the cryptocurrency exchange Lbank has initiated spot trading of a fraudulent token bearing the same name. This was announced by the developers of the mini-application.

“The [exchange] decided to ‘dump’ a scam token on their community. It’s a disgrace,” wrote the DOGS team.
At the time of writing, the price of the fake meme token on Lbank stands at $0.018483. This significantly exceeds the price of the real coin — for instance, pre-market futures on OKX trade at $0.003969.
Earlier, the DOGS team announced the postponement of the listing on major platforms, including Binance, Bybit, and OKX, to August 23.

According to Tonviewer, 100% of the DOGS supply is currently held in the corresponding smart contract.
As reported in the project’s published tokenomics, 81.5% of the total issuance of 550 billion meme coins will be allocated for an airdrop to the community.
