doNONdo Unveils Digital Nomad State

doNONdo announced the world's first digital nomad state, State Without a State (SWS).

On November 4th, the creators of the meme token doNONdo (DND10) announced the launch of the world’s first digital nomad state—State Without a State (SWS). The official proclamation is scheduled for November 5th.

The declaration will take the form of a collective practice of inactivity. Project community members worldwide will simultaneously spend at least 10 minutes doing nothing.

“Participants are encouraged to visualize and embody the positive qualities of SWS—peaceful, creative, and transformative influences on millions of living beings on the planet,” the announcement states.

The founders of doNONdo have sent an official notification to the UN regarding the emergence of this new state structure and their readiness to delegate representatives to the organization’s permanent assembly.

“Our initiative is based on the universal and cosmic right of all living beings to unite with like-minded individuals according to any principles or interests. We do not claim territories or challenge sovereignties—simply affirm the right of every living being to self-determination,” stated project creator Miao Shan.

Participation in SWS is “open to all living beings,” including algorithms and artificial intelligence. Community members are required to comply with the laws of their respective countries.

According to the founder, the “State Without a State” offers a constructive way out of the post-capitalist reality impasse through imagination and digital consensus.

doNONdo emerged in 2024. At that time, the project team published a white paper and introduced the tokenomics.

In January 2025, developers launched the Marathon—an initiative to popularize the practice of inactivity. During the first episode of the marathon, doNONdo distributed 100 million DND10 (~$100,000).

In February, a global referendum on doing nothing took place, marking the launch of a community promoting the idea of the power of inactivity.
