CEO of Telegram, Pavel Durov разыграет among users of the messenger 10,000 six-month Telegram Premium subscriptions, purchased with the cryptocurrency Toncoin (TON).
“I have already paid a deposit for this giveaway on Fragment for $200,000. I bought Toncoin on a crypto exchange,” he said.
To participate, you must be subscribed to Durov’s channel. The winners will be chosen at random on 13 November — each will receive a Telegram Premium subscription for six months.
On 6 November, Telegram developers added a feature to run prize giveaways in channels.
For paying for the distributed subscriptions they recommended using the platform Fragment in particular, as it is more ‘cost-effective’ and allows ‘to acquire thousands of subscriptions at once’.
