The price on February 2 broke through the $1500 level, and just 24 hours later surpassed the new round milestone.
In the last 7 days, Ethereum prices have risen more than 29% (per CoinGecko).

Among the top ten cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, the largest gains during the period were shown by XRP from Ripple — 70%. New price highs were recorded by Cardano (ADA) and Binance Coin (BNB).
The total cryptocurrency market capitalization approached $1.2 trillion, updating the records set today. The Bitcoin dominance index fell below 60%.
Against the backdrop of new highs, Ethereum miners earned a record hourly revenue of $3.5 million, according to Glassnode.
