The cryptocurrency exchange EXMO launched an advertising campaign in Ukraine under the slogan ‘Invest in Bitcoin from 100 hryvnias’. Outdoor advertising for the trading platform appeared on the facades of shopping centres in Kyiv, Odesa and Dnipro.
In a video on the façade of Gulliver shopping centre, EXMO shows Bitcoin’s rise from 2018 to 2021, and then addresses the viewer with the question: ‘What will the price be in 2022?’
The aim of the advertising campaign is to tell Ukrainians about the accessibility of investing in cryptocurrency.
‘We want to explain that you don’t need to have $46,000 to buy Bitcoin. One hundred hryvnias are enough, especially if you are just starting to take an interest in this topic,’ comments EXMO’s Chief Operating Officer Sergey Zhadanov.
He adds that the media widely cover digital assets, so such initiatives by crypto companies are especially important: they must convey to beginners the basics of cryptocurrencies before they decide to invest large sums.
