Fetch.ai releases fifth version of wallet with built-in messenger
The blockchain company Fetch.ai has added a messaging system between addresses in the new version of its cryptocurrency wallet Fetch Wallet. Forklog was told of this by company representatives.
Fetch Wallet — a non-custodial wallet, presented as a browser extension for Chrome and Brave. The service supports the Fetch blockchain, networks based on Cosmos SDK, and transfers via Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC).
Users can buy cryptocurrencies with bank cards through the partner exchange IndaCoin for US dollars, euros, zlotys, yuan and 12 other national currencies.
The internal messenger is available only on the Fetch network. Among its features are limiting the circle of communication via the address book, blocking unwanted contacts and deactivating chats. The security of the correspondence is provided by end-to-end encryption.
To preserve privacy, the wallet automatically deletes messages after 14 days. In the near future, the project team will add the ability to store chat history in the messenger.
Fetch.ai — a fintech startup that develops blockchain solutions using machine-learning algorithms. In addition to the Fetch Wallet crypto-wallet, the company’s product line includes the crypto-derivative DEX Mettalex, the decentralized social network Resonate, the micromobility ecosystem MOBIX, and other projects.
Forklog published a review of the BotSwap application, intended for trading on Uniswap and PancakeSwap.
