Flipside Crypto raises $50 million in funding round valued at $350 million

Flipside Crypto has raised $50 million in a financing round led by Republic Capital.

It also included True Ventures, Galaxy, Terra, Dapper Labs, M13 and other venture investors.

The funds will be directed toward supporting new networks and Layer-2 solutions, the development of analytical tools, and the launch of bounty programs.

In 2018, the Boston-based startup raised $4.5 million in seed funding. The following year, Flipside Crypto received $7.1 million from Galaxy Digital, Castle Island Ventures and others.

The company currently employs 66 people. Flipside Crypto’s management plans to expand the workforce to 85 by the end of the year.

Earlier in April, analytics firm Coin Metrics raised $35 million in a Series C round.
