The crypto exchange FTX will run the trader tournament FTX CUP #1 with a prize pool of up to $54,800. The announcement appeared in the trading platform’s blog on ForkLog HUB.
The tournament will start on September 25 at 12:00 (MSK) and end on October 25 at 12:00 (MSK). Registration to participate in the competition is open until October 24.
Traders will receive prizes in three categories:
- Trading volume: prize pool — $33 500, 116 winners, first place — $5000;
- Trader strength: prize pool — up to $18 500, five winners, first place — up to $10 000;
- Additional categories: prize pool — $800, four winners, prize — $200.
Participation requirements for FTX CUP #1:
- complete KYC1 verification;
- register for the tournament по инструкции from FTX;
- create a sub-account named ‘Tradelink’ and deposit at least $200 into it;
- do not deposit or withdraw additional funds from this account;
- trade on the sub-account with allowed pairs.
List of allowed trading pairs:
- BTC-PERP and BTC/USD;
- ETH-PERP and ETH/USD;
- LINK-PERP and LINK/USD;
- SOL-PERP and SOL/USD;
- FTT-PERP and FTT/USD;
- MATIC-PERP;
- ADA-PERP;
- XRP-PERP;
- BCH-PERP;
- EOS-PERP;
- DOGE-PERP;
- LTC-PERP;
- DOT-PERP.
Participants from Russia and the CIS who are not market makers or institutional traders may participate.
FTX may disqualify users for depositing and withdrawing funds from the sub-account before the tournament ends, for fictitious trades, and for trading non-permitted pairs.
