The Free TON community, via on-chain voting, approved the proposal for a partnership with the GamepadBot platform.
According to the proposal presentation, GamepadBot includes more than 40 HTML5 games. The platform hosts daily tournaments and competitions, with a referral program. It is used by around 15,000 users daily. For authentication and outreach to players, a Telegram bot was employed in GamepadBot.
As part of the partnership, the GamepadBot team pledged to implement TON Crystal to award prizes to competition winners and to create ways to spend these rewards. To this end, the platform’s administration plans to incentivize its users to install the TON Surf wallet, place advertising banners in the interface with information about the new partner, and set the minimum withdrawal amount in TON Crystal lower than in dollars. In the future, the TON Crystal token is expected to be the only means to withdraw funds from GamepadBot.
In GamepadBot, an internal market will be launched for the purchase of premium bundles and trading of game artifacts in NFT form. To implement this service, the platform plans to attract one of the NFT marketplaces on the Free TON blockchain. “Advanced” players will be able to issue their own NFT artifacts.
To integrate with the blockchain and distribute native tokens among players, the Free TON community will pay the new partner 100,000 TON Crystal. Also, GamepadBot will receive 4 TON Crystal for each user recruited to the Free TON blockchain.
Earlier, the HumanVenture platform, in partnership with leading Russian retailers implemented a successful pilot project issuing food cards for low-income families using the Free TON blockchain.
