The cryptocurrency exchange Gate.io launched a promotional campaign, the participants of which will receive reduced trading fees, rebates up to 0.015% and cash rewards for achieving target volumes on the platform. The offer runs until December 31, 2022.
There are two privilege programs for large clients on the exchange:
- VIP — reduced taker fee, 16 levels;
- MM — rebates on maker orders for market makers and institutional investors, 4 levels for the spot market and 3 levels for futures.
User level depends on trading volumes: the higher they are, the greater the discounts and rebates.
Until the end of the year Gate.io will offer institutional clients in Russia:
- VIP level with a maker fee of 0% if the monthly spot-market trading volume exceeds $1 million;
- automatic upgrade to the next VIP and MM level if the monthly trading volume exceeds $20 million on the spot market or $50 million on futures;
- receiving the corresponding VIP and MM level if a trader moved to Gate.io from another platform and confirmed their volumes;
- rewards up to $3,000 for increasing monthly trading volumes by 30% and achieving trading targets.
Additionally, market makers can participate in the monthly Spot Market Maker Competition. The prize pool consists of two parts: $2 million in cryptocurrency and $10 million in the form of interest-free loans.
Gate.io is a Chinese cryptocurrency exchange with an average daily trading volume of more than $12 billion. The platform provides large investors worldwide with appropriate trading conditions: 900 orders per second, 1,000 subaccounts, OTC trades and an API for algorithmic trading.
