Hamster Kombat’s First Season Concludes Amidst Cheating Concerns

The clicker game Hamster Kombat has concluded its first season and entered an interim phase, as announced by the developers on their Telegram channel.

“The game did not end after the snapshot. We are transitioning into the interim season of Hamster Kombat — a warm-up before the second season, which will last several weeks,” the message states.

The team noted that participating in the interim season will allow players to collect diamonds, which will provide an advantage in the upcoming season.

Amidst these changes, some players in themed chats speculated that the achievement “Cheating is Bad” might completely disqualify them from the airdrop. The developers have not directly confirmed this.

“You cheated this season. Play honestly next season and receive the drop,” states the relevant page on Hamster Kombat.

For other players, the same page mentions the conclusion of the first season and the tallying of results, which “will be ready soon.”

On September 20 at 21:00 (Kyiv/MSK), developers successfully took a snapshot of user accounts for the airdrop distribution. The airdrop is scheduled for September 26.

Cryptocurrency exchanges Binance, OKX, and Bybit have announced the listing of the meme token HMSTR.

Previously, journalists uncovered corporate issues within Hamster Kombat.
