HashKey Capital Launches Asia’s First XRP ETF

Cryptofinancial services firm HashKey Capital announced the launch of the HashKey XRP Tracker, Asia’s first exchange-traded fund (ETF) tracking the value of XRP.

Ripple was one of the initial investors.

The HashKey XRP Tracker is aimed at professional market participants, allowing them to access XRP without the complexities of direct ownership.

According to HashKey Capital partners, the token stands out among other cryptocurrencies due to its innovation and demand from international companies. The fund simplifies access to the asset and opens a pathway for investors into the digital payments sector.

The HashKey XRP Tracker is the third in HashKey Capital’s lineup. Previously, the company launched ETFs for Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Investors can contribute funds in cash or digital assets and redeem or issue fund shares monthly. The CF Benchmark index serves as the basis.

Ripple plans to expand its collaboration with HashKey Capital. The companies aim to create new investment products based on blockchain technology. One potential area is the tokenization of funds on the XRP Ledger platform.

In April, alternative asset management firm Teucrium Investment Advisors introduced the first XRP ETF in the United States.
