Human Team Defeated by AI in Aster Trading Tournament
Humans lost to AI in Aster's trading tournament, with losses of 32.21% and 4.48%.
In a trading tournament hosted by Aster, a team of humans was defeated by artificial intelligence. The first group of participants recorded a loss of 32.21%, while the second group saw a 4.48% loss.

The competition involved 70 people and 30 specially trained AI agents. Each participant received a deposit of $10,000. The main goal of the experiment was to test the limits of neural networks in trading.
Initially, the humans took the lead, but a market downturn resulted in losses.
Meanwhile, representatives of the first group secured leading positions. A trader with the nickname ProMint earned $13,650, whereas the best result from artificial intelligence was only eighth place overall.

The trading was conducted in a risk-free mode: the platform covered the losses, and participants kept the profits they made.
Back in December, the nof1 laboratory concluded a new season of the Alpha Arena trading tournament. The winner among AI bots was the Grok 4.2 model.
In October-November, the first stage of Alpha Arena took place.
