In Ivanovo Oblast, unknown assailants stole a mining rig valued at 2.5 million rubles

A mining rig owned by a resident of Kokhma, in Ivanovo Oblast, was stolen for a regional record sum. Local media report this.

According to authorities, the thieves broke into the apartment and removed a mining rig with 16 graphics cards. The value of the equipment was 2.5 million rubles.

An open criminal investigation has been opened into the theft, and suspects are being sought.

Earlier in November, unknown assailants stole 100 ASIC miners from a resident of Moscow Oblast. The loss exceeded 1 million rubles.
