
Jack Dorsey puts his first tweet up for sale; Justin Sun offers $2 million
Twitter founder Jack Dorsey has put up his first tweet for sale as a non-fungible token (NFT).

The highest bid for the post with the text “Just setting up my Twitter” stood at $267,000. It was placed by user CurtLIU on the Valuables by Cent service.

Update: Konstantin Lomashuk, founder of p2p(.)org, offered $363,000 for Dorsey’s NFT tweet.
Update: Justin Sun, founder of Tron, offered $500,000.
Update: Sina Estavi, founder of Bridge Oracle, offered $1.5 million for Dorsey's NFT.
Update: Justin Sun decided not to back down and raised the bid to $2 million.
Valuables is an Ethereum-based platform that allows users to create, sell, and purchase tweet-based NFTs.
Jack Dorsey is one of the most well-known supporters of Bitcoin and the Lightning Network.
The cryptocurrency division of the company Square, founded and led by Dorsey, has repeatedly invested in Bitcoin and financed the developers of the first cryptocurrency.
Earlier, the Canadian analytics company NonFungible predicted growth in the NFT market several-fold in 2021.
