KAMAZ and Sber to Launch ‘Digital Kilometres’
A subsidiary of KAMAZ, ‘Digital Kilometre’, will launch a digital financial asset (DFA) on Sber’s platform with the same name.
The programme aims to support the production of trucks.
The DFAs are available to employees of both organisations and a wide range of investors, including legal entities, through the Digital Kilometre app.
The minimum investment is 1,000 roubles.
The expected return ranges from 20% to 23% per annum with quarterly interest payments. An additional 2% per annum will be paid in ‘Spasibo’ bonuses if the vehicle exceeds a certain mileage.
The app allows users to track coupon payment dates and truck mileage.
Thanks to seamless integration technology via Sber API, information about available assets is delivered to investors in real time.
Back in December, Russia conducted its first cross-border transactions with DFAs.
It is expected that Moscow Exchange clients will gain access to tokenised products at the beginning of 2025.
