Kazakhstan’s Binance Secures Regulatory Approval for License

The cryptocurrency exchange Binance Kazakhstan has received approval for a full regulatory license from AFSA. This was reported to ForkLog by the trading platform’s team.

The decision follows extensive audits of the exchange’s operations, including an external financial audit and an assessment of compliance with the jurisdiction’s regulatory requirements.

The license will allow Binance Kazakhstan to operate a platform for trading and exchanging cryptocurrencies, as well as offer brokerage and custodian services.

The exchange’s team emphasized their commitment to maintaining high business standards and announced plans to expand the range of services for users in Kazakhstan following the issuance of the full license by the regulator.

In May, Binance Kazakhstan secured international ISO certifications in information security management and confidential information.

Earlier, the exchange and the national postal operator “Kazpost” signed a memorandum of understanding. Both parties expressed mutual interest in implementing innovative financial services in Kazakhstan.
