The U.S.-based wealth-management firm Kingfisher Capital acquired приобрела 93,463 shares of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) from Grayscale Investments during the fourth quarter.

In an SEC filing today, Kingfisher Capital, a Charlotte, North Carolina investment management firm, reported owning 114,350 shares of Grayscale Bitcoin as of Dec 31.
Previously, it reported 20,887 shares in October.

The value of 114,350 GBTC on the companys balance sheet was estimated at $3.9 million.
Earlier, in July–September 2021, investment bank Morgan Stanley нарастил its stake in GBTC in the Morgan Stanley Europe Opportunity Fund to 1% of assets under management.
