KuCoin opened early access to a non-custodial wallet KuCoin Wallet, which is part of the exchange ecosystem alongside the KuCoin Community Chain blockchain, the mining pool KuCoin Pool mining pool and the NFT marketplace Windvane.
Users of KuCoin Wallet can send, receive and store cryptocurrencies, as well as interact with DeFi protocols and other Web3 applications. In addition, the developers have built NFT support into the wallet.
“KuCoin Wallet is integrated with Windvane so that users can buy, store and view their NFT collections directly in the wallet,” said KuCoin CEO Johnny Lyu.
He added that the KuCoin Wallet developers paid particular attention to security: an independent audit of the app was conducted by Hacken.
KuCoin — a Seychelles-based cryptocurrency exchange offering spot, margin and P2P trading, supporting more than 700 assets and serving 18 million users across 200 countries.
