Legal Nodes has launched the product DAO Legal Wrapper to establish a legal framework for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). Representatives of the project told ForkLog UA.
Legal Nodes noted that such organizations often have to interact with the real world — hiring teams, generating intellectual property, and other activities.
In addition, it is necessary to shield participants from potential legal liability for the DAO’s actions and to guarantee their ability to vote and participate in the governance of the organization, experts said.
“These problems are solved by the DAO Legal Wrapper, creating a clear legal structure for a specific DAO,” said Legal Nodes.
