Owner of the popular nightclub in Miami and the E11EVEN Hotel and Residences condo complex — E11EVEN Partners — приобрела NFT from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection for 99 ETH (~$396 000 at the time of purchase).
“We are very pleased that Bored Ape #11 has become our first NFT purchase as we continue to expand our presence in this space,” said E11EVEN Partners.
In a conversation with The Block, the company’s partner Michael Simkins said that they contacted the NFT owner on Discord. Initially, he did not want to sell the token, but after negotiations the parties managed to reach a mutual understanding.
