MicroStrategy to roll out Lightning Network-based solutions in 2023
In 2023, MicroStrategy will roll out a range of solutions built on the Bitcoin Lightning Network (LN). This was stated by the founder and executive chairman of the company, Michael Saylor.
During this conversation, @Eric_BIGfund & I discuss my role at @MicroStrategy, our Bitcoin Strategy, why #Lightning⚡️ applications are so exciting, the superiority of the layered #bitcoin architecture, $MSTR plans in 2023, and the power of @SpaceX Starlink. https://t.co/EjBUZEITIV

He said that MicroStrategy is studying software based on LN. In particular, the company is interested in solutions focused on website security and corporate marketing.
A dedicated team is developing LN-based tools. Saylor noted that the initial work could be demonstrated as early as the first quarter of 2023.
According to Saylor, the marketing team could use LN in customer-incentive programs. For example, paying rewards through the network for participation in activities such as surveys.
The founder of MicroStrategy said the company is interested in creating solutions that would enable any enterprise to deploy the infrastructure needed to interact with the Lightning Network in half a day.
Earlier, Saylor first disclosed plans to develop corporate LN-based solutions in September 2022.
