The rapper and video blogger Morgenshtern announced on his Instagram a project related to NFT. As ForkLog has learned, it concerns an NFT platform whose development and launch are being undertaken by specialists from the decentralised autonomous venture ecosystem DAO.vc.
DAO.vc contend that the platform is intended to help creators monetise their work and remove intermediaries between artists and fans.
As part of the launch, Morgenshtern, according to project representatives, will release a series of NFTs featuring new songs, videos and other material.
“NFT is a global trend, and trends are mine. There is nothing like this yet in the land of Russia, and I love being first. Work is already underway to create an NFT platform where my own NFTs will be sold, as well as influencer tokens from around the world,” Morgenshtern said.
It is envisaged that, via these tokens, fans will also be able to organise personal meet-and-greets with the performer, take part in video shoots, and buy concert tickets, merchandise and accessories.
Earlier this month the streaming blockchain platform Audius привлекла $5 mln from Katy Perry, The Chainsmokers and other prominent artists.
