1inch Announces Integration with Aurora

The DeFi project 1inch Network announced an integration with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) of the Aurora platform.

The partnership gives users access to faster and cheaper transactions on a number of DEX.

Aurora offers developers a ready-made solution for running their applications on a fully Ethereum-compatible platform. Users of decentralized applications are guaranteed low transaction costs.

Currently, the Aurora ecosystem includes more than 100 projects and operates a bridge between Ethereum, Aurora and NEAR. According to DeFiLlama, TVL of Aurora at the end of May 2022 stood at $491 million. As of writing, the figure stands at $181 million.

“Thanks to the scalability of the NEAR protocol, Aurora delivers high transaction speeds, with an average block time of one second,” the developers noted.

The integration with Aurora gives 1inch users access to the following DEXs:

Last week, 1inch Network integrated its own interface into the non-custodial KuCoin wallet, enabling token swaps at the most favorable rates across nine blockchains.
