Three ARK Invest ETFs added to their holdings in Jack Dorsey’s Block for a total of more than $13.7 million. This is stated in the structure’s trading documents.
ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) added 159,654 shares to its portfolio, ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW) bought 25,783 shares, and ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) — 847.
On March 14, Block shares closed at $73.63 on the Nasdaq, up 4%. In early trading on March 15, quotes were revised somewhat. At the time of writing, the shares were trading near $72.38.
Earlier, Kathy Wood’s bought a total of 92,165 shares of the former Twitter chief’s company for about $6.4 million.
In February 2023, ARK Invest began actively buying Coinbase shares, spending $9.3 million and $6.7 million on them.
In early March, the funds bought more the securities of the American cryptocurrency exchange and online broker Robinhood for $3.44 million and $9.97 million, respectively.
Later, the funds added to their portfolios more Coinbase shares worth $20 million.
