Binance launches ChatGPT-based chatbot within its online academy

The cryptocurrency exchange Binance launched a beta version of the Sensei chatbot within the educational platform Binance Academy.

According to the press release, Binance Sensei is based on ChatGPT. It serves as a learning assistant at every stage, the company said.

The assistant has been trained on more than 1,000 articles and glossaries from Binance Academy. The chatbot warns that responses are provided on an “as is” basis for general information only, with no guarantees of completeness or accuracy.

“Binance Sensei is a personal guide to the world of knowledge Web3, blockchain and cryptocurrency. […] The tool allows users to enter questions directly into the chat window and receive instant answers from Binance Academy or other resources,” the project representatives said.

The company noted that Sensei provides instant understanding of each query, helps users delve into the topic, and quickly obtain an answer to their question.

“All of this within a single platform,” added the exchange’s representatives.

For now the assistant is available in the English-language version of Binance Academy and operates only in English.

In April, Quora unveiled a builder for custom chatbots.

In March Binance opened a regional hub in Georgia.
