Binance to discontinue Binance Card in Latin America and the Middle East from September 21.

The Binance exchange will discontinue support for the Binance Card product in Latin America and the Middle East from September 21.

“Binance accounts worldwide are not affected. Where possible, users can also make purchases with cryptocurrency and send them using Binance Pay — contactless, borderless and secure technology,” the exchange’s representatives wrote.

Earlier, the company stressed that the decision would affect only under 1% of users on the relevant markets. Earlier, the digital payments platform Checkout.com ceased its cooperation with Binance due to regulatory issues.
