
Bitcoin mining difficulty hits new all-time high
As a result of another difficulty adjustment, the mining difficulty of the first cryptocurrency rose by 4.68%. The metric reached a historical high at 39.35 T.

According to Glassnode, the 7-day smoothed moving average of the network’s hash rate stands at around 291 EH/s.

Hashprice with a value of $0.075 per TH/s per day remains near the highs seen in the last three months.

Earlier, on January 20, a solo miner with a total hashrate of 10 TH/s mined a block in the Bitcoin blockchain.
