
Bitcoin price breaches the $47,000 level
On Monday, March 28, Bitcoin rose above the $47,000 mark. The asset’s market capitalization stood at $893 billion, according to CoinGecko.
At one point, Bitcoin traded as high as $47,650—the highest since the beginning of 2022.

As of writing, digital gold was trading at $46,800. In the last seven days, Bitcoin gained 13.4%.
Leading gains among the top-10 by market capitalization were Cardano (ADA) — 34.7%, Solana (SOL) — 23.5%, Polkadot (DOT) — 21.8%.

The crypto market capitalization surpassed $2.2 billion.
On March 25, Bitcoin tested the $45,000 mark, and Ethereum approached the $3,200 level.
Earlier, the CEO of the DeVere Group Nigel Green projected that by the end of March the first cryptocurrency would reach $50 000.
