On Monday, 30 November, Bitcoin traded at an all-time high above $19,686, according to data from CoinGecko.

The previous all-time high recorded by the data aggregator was December 16, 2017 — $19,665.39.
Different services show different all-time highs: CoinMarketCap shows the price at $20,089, which Bitcoin has not yet reached today.
The record price also differs across the major exchanges.

For example, on Bitstamp it surpassed the previous high of $19,666, topping $19,870.
On Binance, prices rose to $19,883.33 from the previous record of $19,799. Bitcoin’s all-time high was also broken on Kraken and Huobi.
Analysts at Glassnode noted that this marks the moment when all circulating bitcoins are in profit, regardless of the price at which they were acquired.

Matthew Graham, head of Sino Global Capital, noted that Bitcoin’s new all-time high trended on Weibo — the Chinese analogue of Twitter.

Bitcoin broke above the $19,000 mark for the first time in 2020 on November 24. During the ensuing correction, prices fell below $17,000.
