BNB Chain Launches Hackathon to Integrate AI into Blockchain

The BNB Chain team has initiated the BNB AI Hack, a hackathon focused on integrating AI into blockchain. Participation is open at any time, with registration available on a continuous basis, according to the project’s blog.

Despite the lack of strict deadlines, organizers advise early registration as submissions may close at any time.

“We know that great achievements take time, which is why our hackathon is ongoing. Instead of a single ‘first prize,’ we reward the best innovations across various fields, opening more opportunities for developers,” the blog states.

The hackathon includes the following categories:

1. AI Data Analysis. Development of algorithms for analyzing on-chain data to identify trends, forecast market movements, and provide analytics for decision-making.
2. Business Analytics. Using AI and blockchain to provide companies with analytical data that enhances efficiency and competitiveness.
3. AI Agent for Wallets. Creation of an AI agent that improves security and user experience.
4. Plugin for AI Frameworks. Development of solutions for BNB Chain’s interaction with popular AI frameworks like Eliza, Langchain, fetch.ai.
5. Trading Bots. Creation of AI-based trading bots that analyze market trends and automatically execute trades on decentralized exchanges (DEX) within the BNB Chain network.
6. Financial Recommendations. Development of financial advisors providing personalized investment recommendations and portfolio management considering individual risk levels.
7. AI-Driven NPCs in Games. Creation of realistic and dynamic characters that adapt to player behavior.
8. Procedural Content Generation. Using AI for dynamic content creation in games, including levels, quests, and items.
9. On-Chain Gaming and Economy Management. Development of processes and frameworks for managing game economies through on-chain voting and decision-making.
10. Decentralized Identity Verification. Creation of AI-based systems for user verification with a focus on security and personal data protection.
11. Digital Identity. Development of blockchain-based AI identification systems that allow users to manage their digital data.

Winners will receive comprehensive support from BNB Chain, including a starter package of $50,000 to promote the project and marketing resources to enhance its visibility.

The hackathon will also feature sponsored challenges from APRO, Solidus AI Tech, ASI Alliance, Netmind, USDX, and Unibase, with a total prize pool of $526,000. Each challenge has its own submission periods and winner announcement dates. Detailed conditions are available in the BNB Chain blog.
