The list of services the chatbot can access for data includes:
- Outlook;
- Teams;
- Google Drive;
- Gmail;
- Linear.
This feature is available to subscribers of paid plans. Additionally, Team, Enterprise, and Edu users have support for SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box.
Workspace administrators can create custom connectors for deep research using the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
MCP enables the integration of proprietary systems and other applications, providing teams with access to necessary information from both internal sources and the internet or pre-configured connectors.
The tool is available in Team, Enterprise, Edu, and Pro plans.
Additionally, for Team users on macOS, a recording mode is integrated. It allows ChatGPT to save meetings, brainstorming sessions, or voice notes, transcribe them, highlight key elements, and turn them into a work plan or code.
The service will soon be available in Plus, Pro, Enterprise, and Edu.
Earlier, OpenAI began integrating a lightweight version of memory enhancements in ChatGPT for users without a paid subscription.
In June, it was revealed that the startup aims to transform its chatbot into a “super assistant” that “deeply understands the user and serves as an interface for the internet.”
