
Crypto.com signs sponsorship deal with UFC
Crypto.com has signed an agreement with the mixed martial arts league UFC, under which the payments platform becomes its first-ever official fight-kit partner.

The company has also gained the status of UFC’s official cryptocurrency partner, creating a new sponsorship category for the sport.
According to Chris Marshalek, head of the payments platform, the aim of the deal is to raise brand awareness and help cryptocurrencies become mainstream.
On July 11, Crypto.com branding will appear at UFC 264. The night’s main event will be the Dustin Poirier vs. Conor McGregor bout.
In late June, the payment platform signed a five-year partnership with Formula 1, under which it became a sponsor of the racing series and announced the release of a collection of themed NFT.
