Domain 000.eth sold for more than $300,000

On Sunday, July 3, an unknown owner of the domain 000.eth sold it for 300 ETH (about $316,000). The deal was completed on the OpenSea marketplace.

In collection of the new owner there are now at least three domains of the Ethereum Name Service (ENS) system:

• 000.eth;
• samanatha.eth;
• samanatha-000.eth.

Among his NFT is also Bored Ape Yacht Club #3553, purchased for 115 ETH (about $121,000) less than a week ago.

In May 2022, ENS lead developer Nick Johnson described the record metrics of the distributed domain name system.

In the same month, the metaverse collectibles studio RTFKT acquired the domain dotswoosh.eth for 19.72 ETH.
