EYWA to reward testers with NFTs and project tokens for cross-chain protocol testing

On September 19, the alpha testing of EYWA‘s cross-chain protocol began. Participants will receive rewards in the form of NFTs, which can be sold on OpenSea and exchanged for EYWA tokens after the mainnet launches.

Anyone can participate in testing. To do so:

• register a wallet in Telegram-боте EYWA;
• select two blockchains;
• complete several tasks such as transferring tokens between networks.

As of the publication, the Telegram bot offers test blockchains Ethereum Rinkeby and Binance Smart Chain Testnet. In the near future, developers will add Polygon Mumbai, Avalanche Testnet and HECO Testnet.

EYWA is a protocol for transferring crypto assets and data across blockchains with smart-contract support. It comprises the following modules:

• EYWA Cross-chain Data Protocol — protocol for transferring data between blockchains;
• EYWA Relayer Network — an oracle network for validating the authenticity of data transmitted by the EYWA Cross-chain Data Protocol;
• EYWA Cross-chain Bridge — a bridge for transferring cryptocurrencies and tokens between blockchains. Before creating a synthetic asset, the protocol locks it in the original network;
• EYWA Cross-chain Liquidity Protocol — a system that provides a single interface for working with decentralized exchanges across blockchains.

EYWA plans to launch the mainnet in the first half of 2022. After that, the protocol will be governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).

“EYWA users will be able to quickly and securely transfer funds between DeFi projects across networks, and dapp developers will use the protocol to interact across blockchains. This will raise the quality of cross-chain dapps, as teams can focus on the business logic of applications rather than building their own cross-chain solutions,” the project team said.

In August, the total number of active dapps users rose to 2 million.
