ForkLog NFT auction to mark seven-year anniversary sells for 6.74 WETH
On September 1, the NFT auction to mark the seven-year anniversary of the iconic cryptocurrency and blockchain magazine ForkLog ended.
Total sales on the OpenSea marketplace amounted to 6.74 WETH (about $25,300 at the rate at the time of writing).
The most expensive NFT in the ForkLog collection was an animated whale, symbolising the industry’s leading figures. The token sold for 1.2 WETH (about $4,500 at the rate at the time of writing).

Among other sold NFTs were animated images of an armadillo, a bear, a bull, a hamster, a shark and a platypus. Bids intensified in the final minutes for all except the bull, and the auction was extended.
