Neil Patrick Harris, star of How I Met Your Mother, reveals Bitcoin investments
Actor and Emmy winner Neil Patrick Harris, best known for his role as Barney Stinson in the TV series How I Met Your Mother, in an interview Forbes told of his investments in Bitcoin.
“I remember the moment I first heard about Bitcoin. Like most people, I didn’t fully understand what it was about, but the price was so low at the time that I decided to try investing, without risking too much,” he recalled.
According to the actor, the value of his investment has grown several times, and now he wants to talk about the simplicity and accessibility of buying cryptocurrency so that “everyone would join the future of finance.”
“Cryptocurrencies are the future of shopping, investment, and business, but they carry technical challenges and can be off‑putting. I prefer my transactions to be simple and straightforward,” Harris explained.
He also praised CoinFlip, the operator of cryptocurrency ATMs.
Earlier in February, musician and Kiss bass guitarist Gene Simmons told of his investment in digital gold for a seven-figure sum. He also bought Cardano, Dogecoin and XRP.
