The cryptocurrency exchange OKX said it was facing customer-service difficulties due to issues on the cloud provider Alibaba Cloud’s side. The company said that user assets are safe.

There is a periodic connectivity error with our cloud provider, which affects user operations. We are working together to resolve the issue. Funds are safe, the statement said.
Some Alibaba Cloud services have resumed, and OKX will allow users to place and cancel passive (Post-Only) orders, as well as manage margin.
