Many popular sites, including Reddit, Spotify, Twitch, GitHub and PayPal, are experiencing outages.
Pages of major media outlets—the Guardian, The New York Times, BBC, CNN and the Financial Times—are also unavailable. Problems are being reported across many other sites, including the Robinhood platform.
The outage was likely caused by issues at the CDN provider Fastly.

Fastly identified and fixed the issue.
In March, amid the slowdown of Twitter’s operation caused by Roskomnadzor, a major outage affected many services.
