Storm Trade Introduces Pre-Launch Futures for Notcoin

The cryptocurrency exchange Storm Trade has initiated trading of pre-launch futures for the gaming project token Notcoin, as reported by representatives of the platform to ForkLog.

Trading in the pair 1mNOT-F/TON commenced on February 15, 2024. At the time of publication, the futures price for 1 million Notcoin stands at 0.92 TON ($2).

Users can speculate on the anticipated value of Notcoin based on current market demand. The Storm Trade team has published a trading guide on their blog. 

“We have completely revamped our approach to futures trading by introducing a new financial instrument—pre-launch tokens. Traders can leverage trade with coins that are yet to be launched. This approach attracts new participants and builds a community around the project before its full launch,” commented Denis Vasin, the platform’s lead developer.

Storm Trade is a decentralized derivatives exchange that has been operational since 2023, supporting futures trading on cryptocurrencies, stocks, commodities, and other assets. The project team was involved in the development of the Tsunami Exchange platform.

Earlier, the Notcoin team conducted a survey on X regarding the necessity of issuing a token. In early February, a question about listing on April 1 (April Fool’s Day) also appeared there.
