Symbiosis Finance launches beta mainnet

The multi-chain liquidity protocol Symbiosis Finance announced the launch of the beta mainnet. ForkLog was told by project representatives.

The beta network enables exchanging any tokens without the need to install specialized software. It is compatible with leading wallets, including MetaMask, Coin98, Trust Wallet, ONTO Wallet and others. Users can manage liquidity in any blockchain from a single interface.

“All supported blockchains on Symbiosis operate as liquidity pools, meaning the asset price will depend on the volume available in the pool. This opens arbitrage opportunities for traders,” said project representatives.

The beta version has undergone three independent security audits by SlowMist, Omniscia and Zokyo. During the adaptation period, the swap function will be limited to test hypotheses and verify product viability.

Currently, Symbiosis Finance supports four decentralized exchanges, including Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Pangolin and QuickSwap. Over time, this list will be expanded.

Going forward, Symbiosis Finance also plans to add new blockchains, including Solana, Terra, Celo, Boba and Aurora.

According to the roadmap, in the second version of the protocol, Symbiosis v.2, sidechains, cross-chain farming, intelligent order routing and unified AMM-pools will be implemented.

In February, Symbiosis Finance received an undisclosed amount of strategic investments from the venture arm of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance.
