TimeCoinProtocol to sell 10 million tokens at up to a 90% discount

The TimeCoinProtocol project opened the sale of TimeCoin (TMCN) tokens with a 90% discount off the asset’s market value. This was announced on the project site.

TimeCoinProtocol is developing decentralized applications for the sharing economy on the Ethereum blockchain. The team has launched two apps: the esports platform eSportStars and the freelancers’ marketplace TimeTicket.

In November 2020, the project conducted an IEO on the BitForex crypto exchange. During the IEO, TimeCoinProtocol sold TMCN at $0.7. After the token sale, the token price rose to $11, and in February 2021 it reached an all-time high of $8,500 on BitForex.

TimeCoinProtocol is conducting the TMCN token sale in two rounds:

Masato Kakamu, the Chief Executive Officer of TimeTicket, noted that TimeCoinProtocol is selling TMCN at an 80-90% discount to build a sustainable tokenomics for the project:

“The TimeCoinProtocol team is very careful in pricing TimeCoin. We want users not to sell TimeCoin immediately, but to hold the token as a long-term investment. That is why we set such a low price for the token sales.”

He added that, in the future, TimeCoinProtocol will list the token on several exchanges.

The TMCN tokens can be purchased on the TimeCoinProtocol token sale page via Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Tether. For buying TMCN, the TimeCoinProtocol team recommends preparing a cryptocurrency wallet, such as MetaMask. The organizers do not recommend acquiring tokens using exchange addresses.

In 2020, the total value of transactions in decentralized applications grew by 1,200% and reached $270 billion.
