On February 15, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and Intelmax Management Consulting of the United Arab Emirates signed a memorandum of cooperation.
INTELMAX will launch Intellectual Property exchange and national stablecoin based on the Fantom blockchain in Ukraine.

The document envisions opening a representative office in Ukraine and implementing blockchain technologies in government processes and services.
Also the parties will discuss launching the Intelmax IP-exchange intellectual property exchange and a national stablecoin based on the Fantom blockchain.
“The initiative involves evaluation, preliminary qualification and appointment of suitable private companies and other institutions from Ukraine and the UAE,” the company said.
Going forward, the parties plan to exchange experts in intellectual property and blockchain.
The online platform Intelmax IP-exchange is built on the Fantom blockchain and trades tokenized IP assets.
Back in December the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Stellar Development Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation. Together they will develop a strategy regarding virtual assets.
